Even when for some unfortunate reason things don't work out as expected we will ensure you will get what we agreed upon.
Healthy dogs only
It all starts with the health of the dog you buy from us. This is why all our dogs get their hips, elbows and spine x-rayed before purchase. All dogs come with:
- A European passport
- A microchip
- A Health Certificate
- A Rabies vaccination
- A Cocktail vaccination
This way we can provide a full guarantee on health. And if despite of these precautions something unexpected happens we will solve this in a satifying manner.
Full guarantee on dog's health
All our dogs get a complete medical check. This is how we can assure we only provide medically healthy dogs. Plus we will give a full guarantee on the dog's health. When you would like to know more about this please ask and we will inform you about our conditions.
Ready for shipment
Before shipment all our dogs get brushed en cleaned. They will get a new collar with their name on it. We will make sure the dog is ready to be shipped according to the legislation in your country. We are highly experienced in making sure all is taken care of.
